Access to and use of the iAdvice Website(the Website) and the services available through the Website are subject to the following terms and conditions and other terms and conditions imposed in respect of any particular application, service, or membership level we make available from time to time. These terms and conditions create a legal and binding contract between you and us.


'our', 'us' and 'we' refers to iAdvice Pty Ltd ABN 23 466 759 534 (iAdvice) of Level 31 120 Collins St Melbourne Vic 3000.

iAdvice is a Corporate Authorised Representative (no 1237098) of iAdvice Pty Ltd ABN 23 466 759 534, AFSL 526700 (iAdvice) and is authorised to provide financial advice on behalf of iAdvice Technology.

The words 'you', 'your' and 'your partner' refer to users of the Website and the services and applications offered through the Website.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of any information provided to us.

We may ask for certain information (including where relevant your partners) to assist you to complete application forms. For example, if you require our assistance with applying for Age Pension, Senior's Health Care Card entitlement or subscribe to pur Centrelink Protection Service. You(and where relevant your partner) are responsible for the accuracy for the accuracy and completeness of any information provided to us for such applications. You(and where relevant your partner) are responsible for providing information within the timeframes required to meet Cetrelink rules and requirements defined in the Social Security Act 1991 and the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999.
